Most providers sell seats on a public course. We start with the capability gap your organisation is trying to close, then build the programme — content, trainer, format and assessment — around it.
Labs, datasets and case studies reflect the platforms, policies and workflows your teams use every day.
Official curricula and certification pathways from Microsoft, CompTIA, EC-Council, PECB and the Linux Foundation.
Instructors who have implemented the technology in enterprise environments, not presenters reading vendor slides.
Weekend, evening, split-shift and multi-cohort delivery so service levels are never interrupted.
Cohorts from 6 to 600 participantsEvery programme is either adapted from an accredited curriculum or designed from a blank page. You choose the depth of customisation; we handle the design, delivery and reporting.
Deepen the capability of an existing team — cloud, security, data or delivery practice — with progressive modules and hands-on labs.
Move people into new roles after a platform migration, restructure or automation programme, with assessment at every stage.
Structured onboarding tracks that take new joiners from induction to productive delivery on a defined timeline.
Exam-focused pathways with official courseware, practice assessments and vouchers for teams that need credentials on record.
Eight practice areas, each available as a short intensive, a certification track or a multi-cohort programme.
Architecture, migration, governance and cost control for teams running workloads in the cloud.
Defensive operations, ethical hacking, incident response and security awareness for the wider workforce.
Data management, reporting and AI literacy — from Power BI foundations to governed enterprise data platforms.
Adoption and administration programmes that turn licences your organisation already owns into daily productivity.
Server, Linux, virtualisation and network administration for the teams that keep the estate running.
Delivery frameworks, PMO practice and quality systems that standardise how work is planned and governed.
PECB-accredited implementer and auditor training for information security, continuity, quality and risk standards.
Management, communication and team effectiveness programmes for supervisors, managers and high-potential talent.
Most corporate programmes blend formats: a virtual kick-off, intensive onsite workshops, and a certification block in one of our training centres.
Trainers travel to your officeWe bring the trainer, courseware and lab environment to your offices or plant — the format with the highest participation rates.
Hands-on labs at our Dubai campusInstructor-led delivery in five-star training facilities, with catering, equipment and participant logistics managed for you.
Live from anywhere, on any deviceReal trainers in real time for distributed teams, with cloud labs, recordings and the same assessments as the classroom.
Cohorts abroad, every quarterResidential and overseas sessions in London, Barcelona, Melbourne or Hyderabad for leadership groups and executive cohorts.
A single account manager owns your programme end to end — you are never handed between departments.
We map current capability against the roles and outcomes you need, using interviews, role profiles and optional skills assessments.
You receive a module-level outline, trainer profile, duration, delivery format and fixed commercials — usually within two working days.
Cohorts, dates, venue, equipment, lab access and participant communications are confirmed and coordinated by your account manager.
Hands-on, scenario-led sessions run onsite, in classroom, live online or abroad — with attendance and engagement tracked throughout.
Post-training assessment, official exam preparation where applicable, and certificates issued for every participant.
A capability report for HR and L&D covering results, feedback and recommended next steps, plus post-training trainer access.
Need it faster? Urgent programmes — audit deadlines, go-live dates, mobilisation of a new team — can be designed and scheduled inside a week.
Talk to our corporate teamThe outcomes L&D teams report back to us most often after a CounselTrain programme.
Capability is built in the specific technologies and standards your roadmap depends on, rather than whatever a public schedule happens to offer.
One curriculum, one standard and one assessment for every location — so teams in different countries work the same way.
Structured new-hire tracks shorten the time between a start date and independent, billable or operational contribution.
Visible investment in development is one of the most reliable levers organisations have for keeping specialist talent.
Accredited certificates, attendance records and assessment results that stand up in audits and tender submissions.
Adoption training turns platforms you already pay for — Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power BI, cloud subscriptions — into daily practice.

Most in-house programmes run from six participants upward. Smaller specialist groups are usually placed on a scheduled course or delivered as a focused workshop, and we will tell you which is more economical for your case.
From light adaptation — your terminology, your data in the exercises — through to a curriculum written from scratch around your systems and policies. Where a programme leads to an official certification, the accredited modules stay intact and customisation is added around them.
Yes. With offices in the UAE, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia and India, multi-country rollouts run on a single contract with consistent content, one reporting format and one account manager.
Every participant receives a certificate of completion. On accredited tracks, we also prepare teams for the official Microsoft, CompTIA, EC-Council, PECB or Linux Foundation examination and can arrange exam vouchers and proctoring.
A proposal typically reaches you within two working days of the discovery call. Standard programmes usually begin within two to three weeks; urgent mobilisations tied to an audit or go-live date can be arranged sooner.
In-house delivery is priced per programme rather than per seat, so cost per participant falls as the cohort grows. Your proposal states a fixed fee covering design, trainer, courseware, labs, assessment and reporting, with travel and exam vouchers itemised separately.
Programmes are delivered by vetted subject-matter experts holding the relevant vendor or industry accreditation — for example Microsoft Certified Trainers, EC-Council instructors or PMI-credentialed facilitators — matched to your sector and technical stack. CVs are shared for approval before the engagement is confirmed, and every trainer carries current, audited certification rather than a generic corporate-trainer badge.
Onsite means the trainer comes to your premises and uses your own equipment and network. Classroom delivery runs at a CounselTrain training centre in Dubai with labs and hardware provided. Live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) runs on Teams or Zoom with the same curriculum, hands-on labs and trainer access as classroom delivery, so distributed or hybrid teams can join a single cohort from any office.
Programmes can be structured to support Emiratisation upskilling targets, Nafis-aligned development plans and sector-specific regulatory training obligations. Where a licensing body such as KHDA or ADEK requires documented training hours, attendance records, assessment results and completion certificates are provided in the format your compliance or HR team needs for submission.
Every programme is benchmarked against the skill gaps identified in the discovery call, with pre- and post-training assessments to show measurable improvement. Reporting covers attendance, assessment scores, exam pass rates on accredited tracks, and a trainer summary of readiness by individual — giving L&D and department heads evidence for internal reporting, not just a satisfaction survey.
In-house and closed-group dates can be rescheduled free of charge with reasonable notice, since the cohort and trainer are booked exclusively for your organisation. Exact notice periods and any late-change terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal before the contract is signed, so there are no surprises around exam vouchers or trainer travel already committed.
