Course Overview

The B|BLC course aims to teach business leaders how to use blockchain technology to improve business operations by equipping them with technical knowledge and hands-on experience with blockchain technologies. The curriculum covers Ethereum and Bitcoin in detail, in addition to issues such as blockchain security and Blockchain as a Service (BaaS).

If you’re looking for a program that trains students in advanced technical skills and provides a hands-on learning experience, EC-Council’s blockchain certification courses are the right fit.

EC-Council’s blockchain certification courses are created for full-stack developers, business leaders, and fintech professionals. However, there are certain prerequisites. Basic knowledge of programming is required for the B|DC.

Blockchain developers and other professionals with blockchain expertise are expected to be in very high demand for at least the next 5–10 years, and the technology can potentially transform the way businesses operate.

It depends on the area of work in which you’re interested. For the B|BLC and B|FC certifications, which target business leaders and finance professionals, coding knowledge is not needed. Since the B|DC certification is intended for developers, B|DC candidates must have a computer science background, including knowledge of object-oriented programming, asynchronous JavaScript code, and front-end and back-end JavaScript web app development.
