Course Overview
All organizations and all management have understood the importance of teamwork. This helps to reduce conflicts and enhances productivity and efficiency. Teamwork will also enhance Organisational Resilience – which is the need of the hour today for all organizations. This course has been designed, and developed, keeping these needs in mind, by a person touching 10000 hours of teaching/ training experience in nearly 36 years of total experience in which he has led many teams. The second portion of the course prepares you to handle the questions – and prepares you as a good speaker also.
The overall focus is on interpersonal skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution This course is highly interactive – exercises driven (as many as 15 exercises in a day! Fully Hands-on Learning Experience). Delivery mechanisms include presentation-based discussions, and individual/ group discussions. The trainer for this course holds over 35 years of experience in the industry and over 16 years of experience in Resilience domains.
