40559: Microsoft Cloud Workshop: MLOps

Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and familiarity with Azure services are recommended. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial but not mandatory.

The course is divided into two main modules:

• Module 1: Conceptual Design – Includes case study reviews, PoC solution creation, and strategy presentations.
• Module 2: Hands-On Exercises – Focuses on building machine learning models, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring model performance.

• You will learn to review case studies, create a Proof of Concept (PoC) solution, and present your MLOps strategy. This module helps you understand the complexities and best practices of MLOps.

• This module provides hands-on experience in creating machine learning models, setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, and monitoring and evaluating model performance.
